It is completely understandable that you don’t feel ready. But really, who actually feels ready to face their fears?
But, if you want to feel better, you have to take a leap and make that first step.
I believe in you!
What can sometimes help people is to consider two things:
1) What emetophobia has cost you already and what it will continue to take from your life if you don’t fix it.
2) What your life would look like if you overcame your phobia.
Click on the worksheet and reflect on these two questions.
I specialise in treating Emetophobia, especially if cases where previous therapy has not worked. If you are exhausted from the constant battle against your phobia and its impact on your life, consider reaching out for 1:1 support.
If you are still not ready, you might benefit from 1:1 support.
